Hi everybody
I bought Acer Predator g9-793 less than 1 week ago. It had preinstalled Linux console version, than i format SSD(which consist Linux) and install Windows 10 pro, install all drivers from disc which was included, update bios from acer's website and than i recognise that when i surf internet, watching movies or while i'm AFK its totally hanging mouse not moving, from keybord also no response. I'd already try to reinstall windows a lot of times but without any result, if you dont understood anything please ask, i will clarify.

Do you know what the exact problem was? Or did they just replace your motherboard

I am also running Windows 10 Pro.  I think I may have done a few things over the last couple of nights that may have helped.  I made sure I had the latest BIOS, graphics driver, sound driver, WiFi driver, Ethernet driver, and Bluetooth driver.  I also went into Intel Rapid Storage Technology and disabled Link Power Management and Write-Cache Buffer Flushing.  I even increased the size of my virtual memory to 24 GB, which is 1.5X my physical RAM.  So far I have not had any more hiccups.  **keeping fingers crossed**
