Error on startup - bttray and btvstack

I have a M5-581T. Recently I started getting errors on Windows startup that it failed to load bttray and btvstack (two separate error dialog boxes). I went to Windows support page and followed instructions to uninstall/reinstall blue tooth drivers. But the errors remained. I removed Skype because it uses btvstack. But that did not help either.

When did these errors start occuring?

Can you roll back the system prior to that date?
