Is there any way to remotely get my Acer Aspire ES1-512? Mine has recently been stolen and I need to trace it's location.

Unfortunately no, unless you had software installed before the theft to cover this type of situation :(

If your product is stolen, Acer can flag the serial number in our database. In order to flag a unit as stolen, Acer must have a copy of the police report, complete serial number, and proof of purchase. For more information regarding this process please contact Acer support in  your region.

Acer doesn't have access to all of that info? It's in my registered products, I bought it second-hand and can prove I bought it only through screenshots of Facebook Messages and maybe even a letter from the guy I bought it from. Ugh, this is just terrible, can an Acer rep at least help-me find my serial # remotely?

@supportlinkedin I'm not having an issue with my device or with applications on my device, I need to get the serial number, as well as the MAC address from one of the Acer reps remotely because my laptop has been stolen from me.
