My laptop keeps giving me the "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart"
It always happens when I'm on battery life it could be any battery life %.
Last night it happened when I had my laptop unplugged, I went to bed to just use it lightly (youtube/google) and it kept crashing. I was at 80% battery with the "Better battery" mode on. I don't know why it kept giving me that error and turning off. My computer is less than a month old.
I didn't even have the vents blocked off so I don't believe cooling was a problem.

I had the same problems so, just to know you and I are in the same situation, verify these things in this order-

When you say crash, does the initial thing that happens is that everything freezes?  Followed a short time later by the ms blue screen message of  Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart"...?

Plug your computer in to ac power .....start it up and observe.  Does it crash/freeze when on ac power?

Are you currently running Windows 10 Home version 1803?

Is your C drive an intel ssdpekkw256g7 ?

If you're running windows10 1803, the main problem over the past week is that 1803 loses contact with the ssdpekkw256g7.... especially when on battery... and then freezes, followed some time later by the blue screen.  Ms and Intel know about this and are working on fixes.  For now, revert to 1709.

If the above things are not your problem areas, there may be other posts around here that address what may be going on with your system.
    Good day DosWasBest!

I'm glad to know a fix is in order and to answer your questions in order
Yes everything starts to bog down and freeze followed by blue screen message
I only remember one or two times when it has crashed while on AC power like today.
Yes my C: drive is ssdpekkw256g7

I am not running windows 10 Home. I am running Windows 10 Pro Build 17134  after upgrading with my Microsoft account (I got the windows 10 pro version for free for doing the early access to it back when windows 8 was around)

It just crashed again on battery while it was on top of my desk. I had no programs open other than chrome and I had the youtube tab open but no videos playing. and I had this tab open too. I was away for 2 minutes and I come back to a blue screen saying my pc ran into a problem. I was at 57% battery life on better battery mode. Not sure why this PC is crashing...I still have time to return it.
