Hello. First is undervolting ok? I mean i see the  teperature drops and all that is good but is it do any  harm to pc on long term? I used intel aplication and it keeps reseting the settings after several restarts( reboots by me , no freezing, blue screen ,normal shot down and start thing) i start using throttlestop made a task to start with pc and such and i put voltage on Ac addapter settings to -150.4 on intel core and cache and - 60,5 on intel graphic and 0 changes on battery usage(i am afraid not to  demage something somehow by undervolting on batery usage). I am using this setings for 2 weeks now not a single problem( no blue screens and such) and max teperature was 65-70°C(before this max was 96°C) but are they too much should i put lower like -100 or -120 how i saw in all the topics here?

you cannot damage anything from undervolting; if the computer doesn't have the power it needs to do something it will just bluescreen and restart

i would consider yourself lucky, i start having stability issues when i go past -132mv, the 7th gen intels apparently are typically not stable past -125, atleast thats what i've read

Yeah, undervolting will not do any damage at all - quite the opposite.

I seem to be lucky with my Triton 700 (7th gen 7700), and it has been sitting stable now at -0.165 V on CPU! Doesn't ever really go much over 70c on stress test now. I am still trying to get my head around undervolting the GPU using MSI Afterburner now... My problem is that the voltage levels on the graph seem to start around 800mv , and with it being a Max-Q variant, it would really help to be able to see increments of power below this given that they don't draw as much as full fat 1080s. I am not really fussed about overclocking it, I just want to keep temps nice and fan noise as low as possible.

I will persevere though - if anyone has been successfully undervolted their 700, then would be good to hear about settings :)

I forgot to said i am using Helios 300 PH317-51 . Then i will leave it in on -150.4 °C . I started to have some bluescreens on batery usage and only on batery usage not on ac adaptor. I thought it was from undervolting  thats why uninstall it but problem remains. I bring it to the service and they said it is motherboard thats why i thought it was from undervolting and iam asking for safe spot to put it.  But if u said i should go as much as laptop can handle it then i will leave it that way.

Hi, you said that you are having crash issues even after putting the voltage on default values, ok? and this is happening only when unplugged, right?, is your laptop equipped with an Intel ssdpekkw256g7 ssd and maybe your windows 10 has been update to 1803 ?, well, that could be the culprit, then , since it has been confirmed that this model of ssd is  uncompatible with the build 1803 (in fact Microsoft is blocking that update on machines equipped with this ssd, "after the damage is done", I would say!) so, if you are in this situation,(Intel ssdpekkw256g7 ssd +Windows 10 1803) to fix the problem, or yo will have to roll-back to the previous version, or,to wait for the next patch-fix from Microsoft :'( ...
