USB is not working on Acer Aspire E1-572 laptop

I could installed Win7 32 bit on my Acer Aspire E1-572 laptop. During installation i found mouse is not working. complete the installation i found even pen drive is not detecting. i can move cursor through touch pad. what will be reason, please guide me

Hi,
You could try reinstalling Launch Manager application, download it from Acer support site, go to Control panel, Programs and uninstall the current installation, then install the downloaded Application.
