Acer e5-576g max resolution

What is the max resolution of this laptop, it is mentioned as full HD display (1920*1080) but the maximum resolution available is 1366*768. I have installed latest Intel uhd graphics 620 drivers but no use. I am using windows 10 pro. Thanks.

    Download HWiNFO. Expand 'monitor' section and on the right side under 'supported video modes' you will find the resolution of the screen. If is shown there as 1366x768 and you bought it for 1920x1080, you should contact your retailer.

    Can you post the full model of your device including the last characters after e5-576g?
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Yes, find out the screen installed in your laptop, if it's one of the following, you may have to replace it with a FHD screen.

    14" version use 1366x768p
