Can't factory settings

Hello,

I'm trying to reset my laptop to factory settings, but Windows keeps saying: "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made. I tried to make a recovery USB flash drive with Acer eRecovery Management of my factory settings. But it still doesn't work.
I have an Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575G-55LU with Windows 10.

    You have to purchase the USB recovery media from Acer or contact Acer technical support for further assistance.

    Try the ALT+F10 cold boot recovery method. Press and hold the power button till the machine completely shuts off. Then turn it back on and immediately press the ALT key and start tapping the F10 key till the recovery screen appears. Then follow directions to re-set to factory fresh state as shown in the video below. Jack E/NJ

    I have the same problem.  I have windows 10 coming with the machine, and I want to return the machine back to the factory setting.  Help, please.
