    Hi,
Go to Device manager, expand Display adapters, highlight and right click your HD620, click uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

Please update driver from intel directly, it works for my Swift 3 model.
    1. Download zip version from https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27680/a08/win64_24.20.100.6025.zip
    2. Perform manual driver update step by step from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.htm
    Good luck.

Yes, I''m having the same issue.  I just posted about it before I saw this post.

Intel and Acer claim I have the latest driver installed already.  Removing the driver, rebooting, and letting Windows reinstall it didn't work for me.

Same issue here. The latest driver from Intel doesn't install. It tells that the driver has not been validated for this computer and that i have to request it to the manufacturer of the computer. And Acer doesn't provide it. So...

After several tries, it seems that deleting the device with uninstalling the driver works like a charm after rebooting. Don't kown why this time but it works now.

Yes, that worked for me as well - thank you.  Instead of just deleting the device, I deleted the device 'and' uninstalled the driver, which did the trick.

Hi ! You can go Device Manager and update the driver ... If it don't works you can go here (sometimes it don't works for some Acer PC's) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/fr/download/27680/Graphics-pilote-pour-graphiques-Intel-pour-Windows-10?product=80939

I've done the same procedure (delete device + uninstall drivers) and Windows reinstalls it, but with an OLD driver (21.20.16.4534  07/10/2016), that is known buggy with some apps.

Trying to force a driver update using the related button, Windows reinstalls the current driver available for Acer (23.20.16.4901  2018/03/30 - same as the one on Acer site), but it shows an error during installation. So in order to have the GPU working, I had to revert back to the default Windows one.

I think that Acer should look into compatibility of the latest drivers for Intel HD 620 asap (also because Intel released updates in the meanwhile, that cannot be installed because of the usual nasty problem of validation on Acer laptops).
Please please please check this issue soon. For me, working with that old driver is a pain, because the app I use most has a lot of problems with it.

Have a nice day you all :)

Couldn´t get it working on my Swift 3 as well. Just try these steps:

    • download and unzip the latest driver zipfile from intel
    • in the device-manager, right click your GPU, in the "driver" section click on "previous driver"
    • after it´s all set to default windows driver, Update the driver manually with the unzipped package

This worked for me, of course I´ve got a not-acer-signed driver. But should I scrap my 24" display because these people aren´t able to give us the correct drivers in time? Don´t think so...
When it comes to driver updates, I guess this was my last Acer machine...
