Fan noise on a new E515-51

Hello,
I recently bought an E515-51 with an i5 processor and nvidia mx150 graphics card. When I run Photoshop with openGl enabled, the fan gets too loud. The temperatures of cpu and gpu are around 55 degrees.
Is this normal, to have a high fan speed for running Photoshop with just a few layers? Or better question, is there some specification that says what are notman fan speeds for which degrees?
Also I tried different settings in Photoshop for performance and for nvidia settings.
The drivers are up to date.
Please help.

Photoshop uses openGl 2.0+ for its 3D counterpart, so it is okay for the machine to start the fan. The temp is also normal. We're talking 80-90 to be a bit concerning but 55 is not that of a problem. 80 is when you should be worried.

It's not the specs! Something is causing the CPU to work hard and overheat, causing the fans to turn on high. Have you run diagnostics on this computer to see if everything is working properly? Have you checked to see if the fans are works (not just the one that is making a lot of noise)?

    Thanks for that info RanY2J!

    Thanks AntoJoseoh,
I didn't try the diagnostics or checked the fans. I don't know how. Can you recommend some software for that?

The process is called overclocking if you want to control the fan speed. However it's not recommended to do so.
