OK. Good. Assuming that it's not shutting down while idling. start doing whatever you usually do on the laptop while monitoring the cpu usage in task manager, preferrably starting one app or program at a time. You will likely discover that at least one of the applications or programs that you usually use may be causing too much usage, overheating  the chip and resuilting in shutdowns. You must determine which app or program is causing this behavior and we can then proceed from there to try to fix it.

Ok I check the programs, everything is normal. Do you want to check it from remote? I consider that cpu begins at high temps when I open my laptop. At which temperature laptop must drop the temperature?

This seems normal. You should see a brief burst in cpu usage when you open the lid from sleep mode. But cpu usage should then be at idle most of the time if the only program you are running is task manager. Leave the lid open, plugged in and not let it go into sleep mode. Keep monitoring task manager for any unusual high cpu usage and try to identify the app, program or process that is causing this.

Ok cpu is idle most. I think the OS is ok and the programs. I try everything. The only thing is to format it.
