Hola,

After deleting all the files, I still lacking space, and the strangest thing is I still erasing things and the free space at the beginning was 7 GB and now 5 GB.. I don't understand. Could you help Me? Please, thank you

Try using a USB stick or SD card for temporary space to accomodate the Win10 update. Jack E/NJ

There's no step by step. Win10 updates are automatic. The USB stick or SD card must be formatted to NTFS. Just plug the USB stick or SD card into its slot. Right click on it in File Explorer. And format it to NTFS. Jack E/NJ

I have the same problem and last year when I bought my ES 11 nobody informs me that Windows 10 updates need more than 20 G !! So currently I stopped downloading updates. With the usb stick: how many gigas do we need ? and what happens when we take it over ? do we need a specific stick for that ?

16GB should be enough. Format it to NTFS from File Explorer. Jack E/NJ
