Problems with logon Aspire A717-71G

I sometimes experience that I cannot logon from start... My fingerprint logon does not work. nothing happens and when I instead choose to use code instead my keyboard does not work properly. Letters on Keyboard isnt working and I can only use numbers and not letters..!? The good news is that I Have a possibility to send to Microsoft. Account and get it open, but it is not a fair solution..Pls help. (I have only had it for 3 month)

Hi,
You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect the AC adapter, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for a while before start using it.

but unfortunately nothing happend :-( Its strange because the letters on keyboard is not working in start logon.. When I continue till logon in Microsoft.account the keyboard is working fine and I can write on the line.. logon by fingerprints is not possible anymore...A friend told me to install it from the start Zero to delete all inside.. but that will be my last try.. Hate to start allover.. Any ideas what it can be?
