I just bought this model: A515-51-58D3. I cant find any info or specs on it at all! Is there any info on it?

It comes with 4gb memory soldered to the motherboard. Speccy tells me its an unknown brand, 1033 mhz (if i remember correctly), and CAS 15.

I want to buy another 8gb stick. Can I use any DDR4 stick? Must it be a specific speed and cas latency? There's NO info on this model, so any help would be really appreciated!!!

Unfortunately none of those models are available where I am... so I'll choose a module that fit those specs and hope for the best! ☺

PS Where did you find that info? It's really helpful. I want to look over the specs for the M2 ssd slot as well. I looked throughout the site and my model is not listed??

    THANKS!

another thing... where I am I can only find 2400 modules... would that work? I realise it would not run at that speed, but do you think the notebook would at least recognise the module at a lower speed 2133?

    Hi@pcgirl
It is recommended to use the same type of memory modules.
You can contact Acer service partners to get the memory modules.
    Acer South Africa :  https://www.acer.com/ac/en/ZA/content/service-contact
    Acer worldwide :  http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/
