how to enable virtualization in acser aspire E15 AMD A10 processor laptops?

i installed virtual machine in my new laptop but when i use virtual machine my system shutdowns,,, i have acknowledge that the virtualization is disable by looking in the performance in task manager. how will i solve this issue?????????????
