Hey guys,

So I recently used the .bat files that allow the G3-571 to use turbo mode. However, before I did that I updated my bios. I dont know which one caused it but in predator sense I can now change my fan speeds to about 6000 rpm while before I could reach about 4900 rpm. This is the model with the plastic fans and I am unsure if the device can actually support the 6000 rpm speeds or is my computer just forcing it. I would really like to know if anyone else with this model or problem can tell me if the 6000 rpm speed is safe to use when gaming. I dont have the fans blasted all the time, mainly just when gaming. Thanks!

The Helios, even the one with plastic fans, could always go to 6122 RPMS, so yes it is safe.
