Hello, I bought my laptop back in November 2017 and never had any issues changing between the different modes (notebook, pad/tablet, and display/tent). All I had to do was rotate the screen to access the desired mode. Now when I rotate the screen I can only access notebook and tablet mode. The display/tent mode does not appear anymore when I rotate the screen. Does anyone know why this mode would randomly disappear without me changing any settings for the modes, besides turning auto-rotation on, and how I can go about getting it back?
Here is a picture of what the computer looks like in Display/Tent mode:

It functions like tablet mode but the screen is not laying flat against the base.

Search settings for "restore point". It should've been automatically created by a Win10update immediately preceding the time this issue started. Jack E/NJ

I did a factory reset and it did nothing.

How did you do a factory res-set? inside Windows? Or outside Windows? If you haven't done so already, check your settings for an automatic  Win10 "restore point" before trying anything else. Jack E/NJ

I checked and there was no Win10 "restore point" The factory reset was inside windows. It deleted  everything off my computer including windows and then I had to reinstall everything.

Strange. Win10update default is set for automatic restore points unless it was purposely turned off. There was a box to check for viewing more restore points that were hidden.  But if you've already done an inside Windows reset too late now. You likely have a hardware issue. The only way to confirm is via the ALT+F10 coldboot method outside Windows as shown in the video below. If it still doesn't work, then you should make arrangements for warranty service by clicking on the ACER service link at the bottom of this page. Jack E/NJ

All my Spin 1 does when opened more than 180 degrees is ask if I want to turn touch on and regardless of what I do turns the keyboard and touchpad off until I close it past 90 degrees then they re-enable. No onscreen displays other than "autorotate on". My R11 does show the tent and keyboard graphics you are talking about.

Mine did that too and then about a week ago stopped doing it completely and the touch screen started acting up. I shall do a coldboot and see if that fixes it.
