    Hi Anero,

Are you using external monitor? If so, try disconnecting it for now to test and see if it stutters.

I see, are you playing on battery or plugged in?
I am also assuming you have all the drivers updated and bios as well?

Download the intel hd graphics driver available from acer's driver page. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/drivers

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

I know this is not like a solution solution, but a troubleshooting workaround.
Can you try this? Install TrayPwrD3.
What it does is, it keeps the nvidia graphics to be on all the time.
Try playing games with TrayPwrD3 active.

You can easily disable TrayPwrD3 any time.

This is the driver: https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/VGA/VGA_Intel_22.20.16.4691_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=636359445343893693&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=PREDATOR&Step3=PREDATOR G3-571&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=EMEA_27

If it doesn't fix your issue try downloading the latest Intel HD driver available here and you can also try previous versions of nvidia's driver like 390.77 or 388.71.

Is CSGO the only game this occurs on or it happens on other games too?

Downloading rainbow six siege to find out

Well I dont know if its ihd interfering in the nvidia making those stutters
but i was thinking if can it be hdd
    its classical 5400rpm
and because stutters are for the some period of time,im thinking that hdd has hard time generating map but after it does fully generate it the stutters are gone or hardly ever. What you guys think about it?
But intel hd might be problem too

The HDD could be a problem too, but I don't think that could be the case as CSGO doesn't have very much resources to load compared to other games.

You just run the .exe file, then follow the instructions and wait until the installation is completed. Nothing can happen from updating the driver.

I would suggest you to uninstall Geforce experience as it might cause the problem.

people say disabling overlay is enough, I previously had it deinstalled and it didnt helped so installed it again
is it better to use intel drivers or acer drivers?

if updating the drivers and what not does not work, can you try the TrayPwrD3 method.

I just want to see if enabling dgpu all the time will prevent the stuttering. This will help on what could be the problem.

I honestly would just go to device manager and check for update on the intel graphics.

Also, check your power options to utilize maximum power. It could be set to low or balance?

Not all versions of intel hd graphics work well. The one that is reported to work best is from Acer's download page.
