Slow wifi speed on newly purchased Acer G3 572, can anyone help?

So 10 days ago I purchased this laptop and from the very first day I noticed that the wifi speed on the device is about 4-5Mbps on average(in whatever application I tend to use it), sometimes it dips down to 1Mbps and rarely it reaches 9Mbps. But my broadband connection has a speed of 10Mbps, and all the other devices including other laptop (from asus) show a perfect 10Mbps all the time,
Here are some key observations I made:
I have an external wifi adapter which while connected gives me a 10Mbps on the laptop.
I have tested the laptop on LAN and it gave 10Mbps.
I have tested the laptop on mobile hotspot internet and the max speed was still about 40-50% (15Mbps-on average) of the max that was offered by the network(35Mbps).
I have booted the laptop on a Kali linux live OS and tested the internet and it was 2-3Mbps.
No noticable changes happen when I update the drivers or uninstall and reinstall the drivers.
I have tried the test while the firewall and anti virus software were off as well but no change was observed.
The laptop never misbehaves in connecting to a network, or showing all the networks around it.
The costumer care told me to update, reinstall the drivers but no improvement is yet observed.
Windows and adapter have the latest update.
What else can i do now?

Try reinstalling the Wireless driver. It is a known issue that some routers do not work correctly with the wireless network card in these laptops.

    Hi,
If you haven't already tried different DNS address( either googleDNS or Open DNS), try one of them and see whether it improves.

Did you try connecting to someone else's WIFI and seeing how it ran? If you do, and it runs fine, then it is your router.

It is a known issue that the WIFI adapter in this laptops don't work well with some routers. If this is the case, you will need a new router.

If it doesn't change, then the WIFI adapter is bad and will need to send it in for repair.
