    In boot. Boot mide should set in ufei or legacy?

    UEFI. Must stay in UEFI mode or will not boot into Windows. Legacy mode will not work. Jack E/NJ

    I had the same problem with TWO Acers. Found this suggestion on this website, and it worked!! "uninstall any trial version AV programs(if any) installed and use Windows Defender, disable Fast Start-up " Not sure which one worked, or if you need to do both.

    Hi and thank you. In your laptops can enter to boot with f2 key or use other keys?

    for other user if have this problem:
    1- Right click in start button and selec power options

    2- in Related Settings click on additional power settings

    3- in left panel click on "Choose what the power button do"
