hi guys ! i have a predator helios 300 and it is 2 months old. So yesterday i was playing Fallout 4 normally and the game suddenly crashes. since then every time i use a program that uses my gpu, I get the error message " application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware".i even get this message when i open Nvidia controlpannel (even if the 3d preview is woking proprely). i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and i even restored my laptop to a previous point one week ago , nothing worked . :( can it be a hardware problem ? the laptop is still young and i am really taking good care of it :( the internet does not seem to be very helpful about this problem, does anybody know what causes it/how i can fix it ???
thanks for any help guys and have a good day
(if it is not the right forum for it , please tell me where i should post the issue , ty ! )

The last thing you could try is 'Reset this PC' via Acer Care Center or Windows. If it don't work, then it is a hardware issue. You would need to contact Acer support and they would replace it.

I just wanted to add that sometimes the GPU goes up without any reason :(

Isnt there any way to check if it is a hardware issue or not ?
