The problem is just like the link above the cracking sound comes whenever i get notifications, adjust the sound and open videos in vlc,or play music in windows media player and chrome. The only place the problem doesnt seem to exist was on edge but everywhere else the problem is very prevalent.I reinstalled the audio drivers to Realtek version 6.0.1.8245 the latest one but the problem still exists. Can anyone can help me resolve this issue.

Sorry. There are other workarounds that folks have claimed in that long thread and other threads that you might want to try. So far, the issue doesn't seem to be limited or related to any one audio hardware, software or model problem. The only commonality among the "crackling" audio cases that I've run across, including on other mfr's usergroups, is Win10.  Jack E/NJ

@JackE thanks buddy looks like I've got a temp solution by disabling the sound enhancement then enabling it again sound is perfect now just now and then need to do the disabling enabling thingy. thanks

@arunaksh   Thanks for the update. I think you've found yet another new workaround even though it seems temporary and annoying to have to repeat it "now and then". Jack E/NJ
