Hey,

I have a terrible experience so far with my fingerprint sensor, it work maybe 1 out of 10 time. I've tried to register a different finger and to reset the calibration but nothing improve my horrible ratio.
Did someone have any trick and tips to improve the accuracy of the sensor?

Thank you,

About all you can do is clean the sensor and uninstall the driver from Device Mgr. Then cold boot and let Windows re-detect and re-install the driver. If it doesn't help and you're still under warranty, arrange for a repair or replacement via the ACER service link at the bottom of this page. Jack E/NJ

Keep different portions of your finger alternatively. It cannot read the same portion of finger prints which we all make mistakes about. You can also clean it and update the driver as the previous suggestion.

No problem here with the fingerprint sensor.  Mine works fine.  Just lucky.

What I do is to register multiple fingerprint with the same finger. I have 3 different registration with my pointing finger. It misses about 1or 2 in every 10 login attempt..

I get pretty good results if I touch the corner of the case with my palm before putting my thumb on the scanner, and hold it there.
