Hello,

I just bought this laptop last month and feel doesn't like Windows 10 because there's too many lags, not responding on some programs cause to my experience to use the laptop.
But in the Acer's official support driver site, there're only driver for Windows 10.
I want to get sure that I can install Windows 7 to my laptop.

So. Can anyone confirm that E5-475G-57K2 is able to install and use windows 7 without problem?
P.S. If I break the rules, Sorry. This is the first-time I post.

Since the laptop was designed for Windows 10, downgrading will be tricky. You might be able to format it, and clean install Windows 7, but at this point, drivers most likely won't be available. You also wouldn't be able to use the windows 10
license, as it is non transferable, and would need to purchase a new Windows 7 key.

Have you update the BIOS to check the performance issue?
Check the BIOS update and update the BIOS to
1.21, This BIOS update has been released to improve the System information.

    Thanks for replying.

I will try to install with old harddisk first.
Licenses aren't problem. I have both license keys.

    Hi palapon2545,

You can use a M2 SSD in the slot next to  memory modules, M2 SATA SSD will work without any problem.
