Restored windows 10, reached final screen `Hello there lets get a few things out of the way, press reset' but can't press reset because I have no touch screen working, it works in Bios!
I've tried all the recovery options in Bios, no joy. I've saved no image! That's my problem. any help appreciated.

I'd use an external keyboard and mouse. What device do you have ?

I agree with Padgett, plug in a USB hub and use that to connect a mouse and keyboard. Once you can get booted you can grab the missing drivers from the Acer support site. If you're missing the wireless driver you'll need to download it on a different computer and install from a thumb drive.

Thanks for the info,it sounds like when I reload Windows on my computer I have to navigate with the keyboard until Windows finishes loading only then does the mouse work. Now I need to find a micro USB 'otg' cable, plug in my keyboard and hope for the best.
