Blue Screen of Death Issues

Recently, I've added 4 GB of RAM into my Aspire E 15 laptop a few months ago and ever since then, there have been Blue Screen issues while using the laptop. I've reformatted the laptop but the issues are still there.

The stop codes include memory management & system service exception.

Can someone please kindly assist me? I've contacted my local store and tried googling everything I could but alas, my laptop keeps restarting. This is frustrating.

Thank you very much.

Have you tried putting the old memory back? And clean the ram slots while you're at it. Maybe there's a problem with one of the new memory modules. I always try them one at a time to find out if there's a bad one. Place one module, boot and try. If there's no error or bsod, place the other one and repeat.

Had a similar issue, it seems that the ram is not compatible with your system.
Check the type and frequency of your original ram and buy a new one with the same configs, but before that just make sure if that's the issue.
It be better if you find another ram to test your system before buying a new one.
    Hope that helped you.
