It won't switch on

Acer predator 17 inch PH317-51-787B just got it today, brand new from amazon, and it won't switched on. I tried use pin to reset the batteryhole on the back, won't work either. what I do???

    Its new one check the charger and battery .
    Not work this pls return to acer

    When you say "won't turn on" do you get any lights or fans?

    Hi Seanqjy,

    I really appreciate your time in posting it in community. First check is there any light getting to your laptop when you connect the charger or can you hold the adapter when it's plugged in to the wall socket. If you feel there is no warm then better check the place from where you go it. Probably it would be faulty.
