I have 7 months old Acer E15 E5-575 model. It was running on windows 10. My laptop went on auto update and due to low battery, os wasn't able to update. Thus, when I tried to boot, it showed me such a black screen. So I was trying to reinstall windows. Due to some issue, it wasn't able to install. I went to bios to check settings. First everything was right but suddenly bios was unable to detect my HDD. It shows screen as below. I am having hard time to figure what to do now. It would be great if anyone could help me out.

This looks like a cable issue or the hard disk has stopped working. The OS is not loading because your hard disk is not working properly, we need to first get the hard disk working and that will solve the issue. Do you have warranty for the machine? If so, you need to get it fixed, the problem will be then losing all your data.

I do have warranty period. My only bet for now is to give it for warranty I suppose. Thanks for your help.
