Well you've answered your own question to some extents "BIOS is Bricked" what I believe you will need to do is return the notebook to Acer of seek out a specialist who can re-flash the BIOS or try this:

Search for Rufus and look for guides, if you can boot from a FAT formatted boot USB thumb/flash drive, you may be able to flash the corrupted BIOS, equally it's imperative that your flashing the correct BIOS for the notebook, as the wrong one is guaranteed to "brick" it.

Basically if you can boot the notebook off the USB drive to DOS you should be able to execute the BIOS flashing application.  Once your at the DOS prompt you just need to know the exact name of the BIOS file including extension then run it.  You may need to rename the BIOS file if DOS doesn't play well with it to something simple.  Lots of guides on YT too.

Quick thought have you tried to reset the battery switch on the bottom of the notebook? If not try that first; disconnect everything reset the battery and leave the notebook for around 30 minutes.

Thank you Queen6....I have tried all the tricks up my sleeve...reseted cmos battery....tried uploading .fd recovery bios but it failed...no output to hdmi either...havent tried the display port though.

Will give a shot to the above mentioned rufus procedure.

If you need some help post back.  You just need to do a little research on how to create the USB Boot drive, copy the correct BIOS, if in doubt go back one version.

What is extremely important is getting the correct BIOS, go through ACER support and use the exact model number and or serial number for support page.  I'll be very straight if you are unable to boot from a USB drive or a CD ROM (works as well) your really looking at Acer or a specialist who has the hardware and experience to flash the BIOS at the motherboard , as you need to access the computer at a very low level.

With the BIOS corrupted nothing much is going to work, so don't focus on getting any external display to work.  Unplug everything and focus on getting DOS up and running on the internal display, then try executing the BOS exe.  My own concern is that Acer designed the exe to run initially from Windows, equally if they are smart BIOS will be capable of being updated from the DOS environment.

Take your time, if unsure ask, step at a time.  As I'm sure you above anybody else wants this to work out positively

I am unable to boot from USB or CD-ROM...I was able to extract the right .bin file from vendor bios.exe and rename it to the correct model using UEFI tool.
The funny part is I am able to login to windows 10 by typing though the password with blank screen...tried enabling the remote desktop through cmd registry tweak but that failed to connect ...I can see my desktop name in network when I connect through lan connection...Also when i plug in the usb I can hear the windows chime...I don't understand why the hdmi is not outputting any signal to the tv...Is the display port any different than the hdmi port

Any simple procedure how to get Dos to run before everything else or any other work around will be welcomed

    Q-6 thanks for the support

Have to ask why are you trying to use an external display on a notebook to recover BIOS?  Is the internal display broken?

Might try but think it's a stretch, as is more relevant to Windows issues...
    1. Press and hold the power button until it powers off.
    2. Press the power button on to turn it on.
    3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 above until you see the Windows logo screen or Please wait during boot. Need to repeat up to 3 times.

Really need a display up, I've done stuff in the deep dark past blind, equally you have to be very familiar with the commands and structure.  Only way to boot in to DOS is from Windows or a recovery drive and without a display being up difficult in the extreme.  "If" the system is booting Windows you could potentially run the new BIOS exe blind; would need to give a filename and path, you will need to run the exe not the bin file as your already in Windows.

HDMI not working may be symptomatic of the BIOS being corrupted or something as simple as the TV not recognising the output signal as the resolution is not supported.  Try a different display, at this point you have nothing to loose.

Both Nvidia and Intel Graphic cards are not identified by the system

Sorry I've been busy, nor sadly do I have any solution as the BIOS is locked and will not allow any previous file to be flashed.  As for the GPU's not being recognised likely down to the corrupted/wrong BIOS being flashed

Try reading the following posts might help to resolve your issue:

    https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/533643/predator-791-screen-went-black-and-now-wont-turn-on-again

    https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/541071/bios-files-for-predator-17-g9-793-79d9#latest

You should be able recover the BIOS from a FAT32 (4Gb max) flash drive, have a read and see if it helps.  Also concerns why Acer is pushing BIOS updates via Windows update.  The upcoming BIOS 1.14 I will certainly block until I am confident it's good, then I'll manually update the BIOS when it's suits me.

I have the  same problem with my g9-792.I was updating Windows 10 when mine rebooted and was stuck on "Please wait while we install a system update" for several hours. Did anyone ever figure out how to resolve this issue? I cant get it to boot to flash drive using ESC + FN method. Is there another way into the BIOS? Thanks in advance! :)

    Hi Wiley2414,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
