My Chromebook's sounds stopped working...(?!)

Rebooted, tried the incognito mode, powerwashed. Nothing. What should I do? is the hardware kaputt?

    I got it, sorry.. the sound was somehow set on the microphones.

    1. Option : 1
    2. Click the menu on the bottom right of the screen.
    3. Then tap Settings.
    4. Type Powerwash into the search bar.
    5. Scroll down and tap Powerwash.

    7. Tap Restart.
    8. Tap Continue.
    Option:2
    1. If you are not logged out, select the picture in the lower-right corner, then select the “Sign out“.
    2. Hold “CTRL” + “ALT” + “SHIFT“, then press “R“.
    3. Select “Restart“.
    4. Once the Chromebook restarts, select “Reset” or “Power wash“.
