My acer froze randomly...
Sometime at start or bios, mostly in win7 OS after some use.
I tried several RAM, CPU, PSU and HD.
Same outcome.

Check for over heating, it's not unusual for machines to heat up as they age, and accumulate dust. Check also to make sure all the fans are running with clean blades.

Anything that is really hit could potentially cause a freeze. Can you try blowing another fan directly on the hot chips to see if the problem still surfaces?

I try one fan on each chipset separately and problem is still there.

So probably not an over heating issue. Boot in safe mode and see if the problem still exists. If so it's an app or driver issue.

So if it is working consistently in safe mode and freezing in normal mode it sounds like a driver or an app. Freezing in BIOS sounds more like a hardware issue. If it's hardware though you should have the symptom show up in safe mode as well. It's likely going to take more testing to see which it is. Run in safe mode for at least several hours, use safe mode with networking. If it freezes switch to safe mode without networking.
