I have tried contacting Acer but got the run-around.  Does anyone know what USB-C power adapter works with the Swift 3 SF314-51?  I understand it needs to be 19V and 2.37A but the Acer product page for their USB-C charger gives no volt or amp specs (product AK.045AP.080) and the online person I chatted with said it was for a different model but did not know what worked for my model.  I need something soon because the laptop doesn't seem to have much holding power for the tiny pin from the charger.

What do you mean by "holding power"? The jack doesn't hold the pin plug well? Or the battery doesn't hold a charge well? Jack E/NJ

The jack doesn't hold the pin plug well.  Sometimes it will pop out if I move the cord.

Universal laptop usb-c chargers still don't exist --- at least reliable ones. If it were mine, I'd use a peel-n-stick velcro loop from HomeDepot or Lowes to hold the plug in place. If you need a more elegant solution, try experimenting with a few unversal usb-c chargers that claim to work on most machines. Jack E/NJ
