A few hours ago, my headphones stopped working. I looked at the device settings and saw that the computer did not want to connect to my headphones. I tried restarting my computer, only to see the option to turn on Bluetooth disappear, as well as my devices. I used driver booster 5 to update the Bluetooth drivers and restarted the computer again to no avail. After checking the device manager, and finding the Bluetooth driver absent(yes I checked for hidden drivers), I logged in as an admin and restarted the Bluetooth handsfree and support services, which did nothing. I tried to download drivers from Acer, the manufacturer of my Aspire E5-573T, but the installer claimed that I had the latest version installed. If there is anything anyone could do to help, I would really appreciate it.

Check if you can find intel wireless bluetooth or something like that in control panel under programmes and features.
If yes uninstall it and restart your  machine and then try reinstalling the apt drivers from acer's website.
    Hope that helped you.

Thanks a bunch man. It worked like a charm. I uninstalled the intel wireless program, and when I restarted the computer, I had Bluetooth again.

Good evening. Sorry to bother you again, but my computer has once again decided to disable Bluetooth. This has been happening for at least a year. I will fix my computer, and it will break again and I will have to find a new way to fix the exact same problem. Originally I would go into device manager and delete everything under the Bluetooth, and I would have Bluetooth again after a restart, but that hasn't been working lately. One time I had to update my drivers, another time I had to reinstall them. I'm getting tired of fixing the same problem over and over again and would like to know if there is a way to fix this short of a factory reset. Thanks in advance.
