Hello I've had this computer for about 4-5 months now and when I first got it it ran all the games i have just fine. However Now I cannot for the life of me run the games in there previous setting. For example I would be able to run R6S on max setting with over 100 frames easily now i can run it with over 100 frames but on Low and thats just barely since the frame drops to about 10 every now and again. Any way to fix this or should I just get it serviced and if I do will my files be deleted cause I have a 2Tb hard-drive installed with the stock 250 Gb SSD.

I do not know if it is because of temperatures. You would need to check them, but I find it unlikely as the you didn't have this problem before. There are so many things that could cause performance impacts, its nearly impossible to pin point the issue.

hey do you know how to get a computer serviced b/c my cpu when playing r6s is hitting 90C so something is ***** wrong
  • It is actually not surprising for CPUs to get that hot when under a high load. Take a look here for what you can do about temperatures. IF they do not hit 97C, then I recommend trying other things, such as a cooling pad, undervolting, etc.
