It's the free smart watch. yes we emailed and even called your hotline. one of your representative said that our email is not yet checked because she is still in Dec 15 email thread and we sent ours on Dec 22-23 (for follow up) we attached the receipts, SN and all that is in your promo mechanics.

Good day. I purchased an Acer Laptop Aspire E-14 and the establishment ADI Asianics Distributor Inc said that we are entitled to a promo of a ACER smart watch. We email with my account, the requirements needed to aphi.promos@acer.com twice and we didn't received any response from the address i mailed. I just want to make a follow up to the promo of having a smart watch.1
