I believe what's happening is because you previously were using onboard graphics, your computer was dedicating part of your ram to the graphics chip in your processor. Now that you have a graphics card, you need to go into the BIOS and tell it to not share RAM with the onboard graphics chip. This will very by what type of BIOS you have but you should be able to look that up."

    Hi,
I don't think that is possible, why do you need to unlock advanced settings ? Please provide more information.

is your windows OS a 64 bit version?
is all the ram recognised on BIOS?
    I'm not an Acer employee.

    First up.
There is no known key combo to unlock the f5-573g bios according to bios-mods.com. I've tried everything. No luck.
However I rang acer support and told them I needed the advanced tab to configure the sata mode (eg NVMe) for mini-sata SSD.(This laptop-f5-573g-has a mini-sata slot near the ram). They told me that this laptop supports a mini-sata SSD up to 500GB AND that after installing the SSD the advanced option will be enabled.
So to enable advanced bios, according to Acer, you have to install a mini-sata SSD!
I don't have an ssd yet so if it works please post!
