Hello everyone, in the last days my computer randomly starts to freeze and became unresponsive I have to do a "hard reset" with the power button to shut down and restart the OS (in this case i'm using Windows 10 version that came with the computer), first i thought it was a graphic problem, but now with the Fall Creator i saw a 0% - 10% usage on GPU, in Disk i saw 100% - 90% sometimes when i'm using chrome, playing videos , compiling codes or another normal activity.. and then back to the percentage of 20% - 5%.. don''t know if this is normal. When the computer freeze sometimes shows a couple of green / pink pixels that are stopped and became unresponsive. This problem I had when I first received the computer from Amazon, but now it seems appears more and more. Please help :(

100% disk usage could be a sign of your HDD failing, which can also explain the occasional freezing. You can download CrystalDiskMark, which will display the health level of your HDD.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Hello, i just used the program CyrstalDisk and the results are a 40 C° on temperature and Status of GoodSo, this could be the OS or another hardware component in my computer? Any extra suggest?

You can try resetting the battery. Disconnect the laptop from AC, turn it off and follow the instructions. After resetting the battery let the laptop to rest for 10-15 minutes, then connect back the AC adapter and power it on.

But the time of the battery is perfect, I mean.. i tried the Acer default program and shows a "Good battery", the problem could be another hardware component, like processador, integrated gpu, ram or a mainboard component. I tried googling the problem but i can see nothing like my problem.

I ask you to reset the battery not because you may have issues with the battery.  Resetting the battery allows the electricity that has been building up in the componets to be discharged, which may resolve many bugs that currently occur in your system.
