Hi

Have some freezing issues. Want to check before proceeding!

Current Bios Version/Date R01-A1, 07/10/2015
from the Acer support web site the latest is 20/11/17

Do i simply install the latest version or do i need to go through previous versions or just to risky???

Thanks

You directly install the latest version, unless stated otherwise. NOTE: As your BIOS is R01, you can't update to R02. For example the BIOS you should upgarde to is R01.A4
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
