I have a dead XB321HK - it was great while it lasted - but it has gone dead and I'm past my warranty.  Do I have any options whatsoever to recoup even some of my investment?  Has anyone had luck selling these for parts on something like craigslist?  If the best fate for this previously beautiful monitor is the dumpster, so be it - just want to know if anyone has had luck with any alternatives to that.  Thanks!

Would really appreciate any thoughts or even a link to a similar discussion elsewhere.  Thank you!

Cannot say for Acer specifically, but you should check local computer services/shops. Here in germany small local Shops make good money from repairing monitors, because a lot of the time they only need to replace a condensor or some other cheap electric part to get the monitor working again. Try a Google search for display repair service.

Thanks Chrithu - I didn't have much success talking to some local computer repair places but I'll try some more.

I may buy it from you if you still have it, I have broken screen but may fix it if I buy your panel.
