Windows 10, recently, battery can't charge.
reinstalled battery driver, did not fix; reset power setting, did not fix.
I found some post said remove battery and reinstall it to the socket to fix, but  warranty sticker protect the screw.

Any help?

Thanks!

    Hi,
Give battery reset  a try once more, switch off the lap, remove the AC adapter and follow the instructions in the video, once completed leave the laptop to rest for 15-20 mins before starting again, this last step is very important.

Thanks! I tried this morning, just reset the battery, but I didnot have time to wait 15~20 minutes, and just plug the AC, it did not work, the battery keep flashing, orange - off - orange - off... about every 10 seconds.

Any way, I saw something changed, before, when I plug in the AC, nothing happened.

I will try to reset the battery again, and wait that long this evening.

    thanks a lot.

Still doesnot work, after reset and wait for half an hour, then plug in AC charger, the orange LED keep flashing, it's on 5 seconds, then off 15 seconds.

When enter Windows 10, the battery is 0%, and the icon shows between charging and not charging.

Do I have to send it to service center?

    Hi,
Yes, it's better to get it fixed by Acer service centre.
