Turning the fan speed to max will not damage your cpu or gpu. It will likely decrease temperatures, which will make your cpu and gpu live longer.

No it won't damage your GPU/CPU but it may wear your fans out faster. Is there any particular reason you put them on max?

yes MR. @Flx i put them max because the temperature in my laptop when i play games CPU 70-85 ْ and GPU 70-80 ْ when i put them max it is decrees the temperature 3-5 ْ and increase RPM for 6000 RPM1

I've got same but...After small test with "The Witcher 3" mu GPU was working all the time on 99% with Auto Speed Fan RPM -4600 ; 65-70 degrees ( all GPU Settings in Nvidia Control panel MAX- Quality. Settings in game Ultra ) 3440x1440
But what's most funny CPU was working on 50-70% with speed fan RPM- 5600(max) and he had 80-89 degrees...
when i'm playing PUBG i have on CPU 20-25% used with 5000RPM and 70-75 degrees .
i'm not sure but it should be like that? it's i7 7700 HQ 2.8~3,8GHz.... Maybe it's CPU TurboBoost fault?0 -
Undervolt your CPU, that will reduce 10c from the max temp easily.0
