Swapping the HDD won't void the warranty, unless if there aren't any void stickers preventing you from doing so. The warranty won't cover the new drive.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

So you saying sir is that, if my hard drive is dead or fail and still under warranty, they wont replace it with new drive? And what if replace my hdd my own and remove the warranty sticker at the back of laptop, will the warranty be void?

Only the service center --- not you --- can replace the HDD with an equivalent HDD if the service center --- not you --- determines that the original HDD has a manufacturing defect --- meaning not physically damaged by accident or intentional abuse --- under warranty.  Jack E/NJ

You didn't ask the question properly. If you replace the hard drive by yourself, the new hard drive won't get warranted by Acer. You said you want to replace the hard drive, which means you will void the warranty for the drive(not the whole device), unless there void stickers which if removed will result in warranty void of the whole device. In order to keep the warranty of the HDD, you should contact Acer and request your device to be taken a look at and repaired if necessary.
