Why should I buy from a company NOT willing to give me upgrade instructions?

I'm considering buying a

Swift 3

Model Name: SF315-51G-51CE

Part Number: NX.GSJAA.001

BUT customer service is unwilling to share any documents that explain how to upgrade the memory or add a second hard drive. They say that it's internal information only. This is coming from a CS manager!

All I want to know is how difficult or easy it is to do the upgrades.

WHY IN THE HELL would I want to buy a product from a company that doesn't want to share that kind of info?

From the look of the bottom cover and the fact it has no access doors, like a lot of older laptops had, it will probably involve removing the top cover, keyboard and possibly the motherboard if the memory slots are on the bottom side. I would consider it difficult for the average user.

    Thanks for the input.

Some laptops have plastic tabs that break when seperating sections to get to the insides. Do you think there are plastic tabs that could break? Or is everything metal and therefore shouldn't be any breakage/damage when opening up the laptop?
