Hello everyone, got mine Predator about month ago for now. And first thing I noticed is, it sometimes starts lagging watching 1080p60 videos in YouTube or crappy resolution movies online. So I started looking for support in acer website. Looked for drivers and compared them with pre-installed ones, because laptop came with Windows 10 Home pre-installed. Found some missmatches, for example: Intel VGA drivers version in website is 21.20.16.4639, in laptop 22.20.16.4749, same goes for Nvidia drivers, website 21.21.13.7689, laptop 23.21.13.8816. So I turned off automatic driver downloads via Control Panel\System and Security\System\Advanded system settings\Hardware\Device Installation Settings, then uninstalled all drivers via device manager and installed ones from website. Website drivers existed for about 5 minutes, then screen flashed and I noticed that drivers got updated back to newer version again. Are these updated and not listed in website or I'm stupid and doing something wrong?
Drivers downloaded from https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7309?b=1&pn=NH.Q29EL.003
For drivers looked by SNID number

Windows 10 Home
I7-7700HQ
8GB DDR4 RAM
GTX 1060 6GB
256SSD+1TB HDD

The drivers from Acer's website are outdated. You can download the latest drivers from nvidia.com and intel.com. Disabling automatic driver update should work the way you did it, but probably some windows bug. About the nvidia driver, I suggest you to download 388.43.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Welp, had to do a little more research towards driver being updated automatically in windows 10. Had to use http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/take-back-control-driver-updates-windows-10/ (Show or Hide Updates Troubleshooter) to disable Intel's drivers updating by selecting them and hiding them. After that I finally was able to install Intel drivers from website (Before it prompted that I have to download drivers for Intel VGA from manufacturers website, acer ones). Downloaded 388.43 for Nvidia as you suggested, installation finished with no errors. And finally tried watching YouTube again, and for 20 minutes so far, it worked without any fps drop.

Thank you ven98 for fast reply and suggestions. Hope I wont face any problems further down the gaming road. Cheers. (Sorry for bad english).
