Hello,
I have a 2014 Aspire E15 (E5-571-56UQ).
A couple of days ago, I upgraded its BIOS from v1.04 which came with it, to the latest version found on Acer website which at the time of writing, is v1.32.
Then I went through all devices in Device Manager (Windows 10) and updated the drivers automatically.
Now I am having an issue when I shutdown the laptop.
When I click to shutdown the laptop from the Start menu.
It shows me the Windows 10 Shut Down screen.
Then the laptop display turns off.
But the blue light power indicator on the laptop is still ON.
I wait for many minutes but it's still ON.
The laptop is not responsive, and the only way to turn it off is to hold the power button for a couple of seconds.
This never happened to me before I upgraded the BIOS.
Where could the problem be?
Thanks a lot
