Hey there guys,
Everytime im waking my laptop from sleep(opening the lid)theres a situation where the notwork just wont work and ill have to wait minutes or even restart the pc outright in order for it to work again.
Is this a common thing in these laptops?I tried updating the drivers and checking device management but it all seems fine.

Also,my dolby equalizer thing suddenly dissappeard.Where can i just download the software becasue it seems the drivers for it are still installed.
thanks

Dolby Audio can be found in control panel. If you want to re-install it just re-install the realtek driver.

So the situation, in which the network doesn't work, doesn't happen every time the system wakes from sleep?

You can perform a battery reset: https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34843/~/acer-internal-battery-reset

Report back if it fixes the issue or not.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
