Predator Helios 300 Predatorsense does not work

It was work okay until last month, but recently it doesn't work.... My CPU temp go up to 80 C easily without any applications, and when I play games it go up to 95C. One time it was go up to 97C.
Is it something wrong on my computer??? what should I have to do with it????

    I also redownload the Predatorsense, but it still doesn't work.... I donno why

    You need to contact Acer Support and have them re-apply the thermal paste on your laptop. It is normal for these laptops CPUs to hit 80C with heavy use and a decent thermal pasting. However, at 97C the laptop is getting so hot the CPU is throttling, meaning it is slowing itself down to prevent it from getting hotter.

    Predator Sense, right-click and run the compatibility troubleshooter and see if that fixes it (will run it as if you have Windows 8).

    iam buying the laptop from uk .acer predator helios 300. this laptop is some button are not worked. this button i,j,k,m and space so hardly worked. what is the problem
