My Predator Helios 300 starts to stutter and having fps drops

Hello Back then i played games like Rainbow Six, CSGO, Warframe, Gta V and etc. without having fps drops or any problems all the settings were at ultra and it was running smoothly and then i noticed that after that my HDD or disk D went missing and then i back up my laptop to an older version, then updated it i noticed that i was having stutters and fps drops i watched videos on how to solve it but still can't find a solution i tried a lot of things like changing settings in the nvidia control panel but now im thinking of formatting my laptop.... PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

I always think formatting a computer is always good , i do it atleast once in 6-12 months .0

i just updated my bios i do hope this would fix the problem if not then i think im going to format it.
Still hoping for a fix or a suggestion on how to fix this thanks guys ^_^0
