Hi Acer,
I've had my Acer laptop for about 3 years now and I must say it's a good laptop. But recently I ran into an issue. The battery dies when I release the charger and it does't fully charge. I don't know what to do now. I've tried calibrating the battery but for that I need to fully charge it first and that's almost impossible. The problem is, that I need this laptop for my school and I can't always take my charger with me and search for a power point.
Maybe you could help me out?

The battery is probably dead. You can still perform a battery reset, which may help. Follow the instructions from this link: https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34843/~/acer-internal-battery-reset
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
