Did I get shorted on SSD size in my new Aspire Switch Alpha?

I recently purchased a new (recertified) Aspire Switch Alpha 12 from Acer's online store.  It is suppose to have 256GB SSD storage drive.  From what I can see, however, it has only a 128GB drive.  (see screenshots)  The Device Properties indicates a an item of "256" as part of the hardware but I'm not sure how to interpret this.  Can anyone chime in with confirmation of what is going on here?  Is there a different way to check my hardware and drive size / storage space?  Is it possible that half of the 256GB is lost in an unknown partition somewhere?  Thanks for any advice.  Best.  -Be

    The drive size is 128GB not 256GB. You can still go in disk management and see if there is any unallocated space.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    The link below shows the models and their respective SSD capacity.  I guess you could contact the Acer Store and see if there was some kind of mixup.

    Thanks for the replies.  Going through Disc Management it looks like there is an unused partition where my missing 128GB can be found.  Am I correct?  If so, how can I make it useable and incorporate it into my existing (C:)?

    Right-click on unallocated and choose allocate.

    Is it possible to allocate the extra space and/or shrink/EXTEND my current C: without overwriting my OS?

    I am attempting to use Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.  I should be able to partition storage in a useable way and reinstall windows [without] the bloatware using a USB while booting.  Problem is my computer doesn't want to boot from USB.  It does not even provide an option to select USB for booting.  I've attempted a few different methods but so far no luck.

    Hi,
    You can use MiniTool Partition wizard to manage partitions, they are many useful features available, however, create a backup and a recovery disk using Macrium reflect free or similar utility.

    @Be_Abbott

    My advice is to create a USB factory recovery drive before you start tinkering.
